Top-up your account

What is a 'top-up'?

We have introduced non-expiring credits for clients who don't use the service enough to justify a monthly subscription. Users can create an account and add credits whenever they need them – and these credits do not expire. Purchasing credits like this is called topping-up your account. If you've run out of credits, you'll be prompted to top up your account. You will only be billed once for a top-up.

Top-ups cost more per credit than monthly subscriptions, but the credits last forever. Monthly subscription credits last only a one month and cannot be used after the subscription is cancelled.

The more credits you buy, the cheaper they'll be. 1 credit will cost you $1 while 1,000 credits will only cost you $100 (that's a discount of 90% per credit!).
